Meet the Team

Stephen Weller was introduced to Lean while working as a manufacturing production leader. He has held the position as Plant Lean Manager for two manufacturing plants. In 2010, Stephen was sought after to consult for a hospital within surgical services where he found his passion within the health care space. Stephen’s passion led him to specializing in surgical services optimization, impacting the lives of health care professionals and improving the quality of care for patients across the nation. Stephen is the author of the Progressive Series, where his knowledge and experiences are shared in a creative manner that combines fiction with fact. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys reading, looking for old books, collecting ’80s memorabilia, and watching old sci-fi TV series on VHS.

Dr. Niyati Patel is a dentist with clinical experience in various healthcare settings. She is currently a Master of Healthcare Administration and Management candidate. She is determined to make constant efforts to reduce the burgeoning healthcare costs, improve accessibility and the quality of care provided, by leveraging her clinical expertise and management knowledge. She feels has a unique sense of understanding of both the providers and the executive team through her training, multicultural background, and experiences. Her ultimate goal is to make sure that she inspires everyone to be the best version of themselves and make the most out of their strengths to make healthcare better for everyone. She believes that through her writing, she can touch the lives of people and inspire them to have a genuine dialogue. After all, communication is what makes us human.

Steve’s passion is improving health care. He shows organizations the burden they feel but can’t see to  engage the team in building their own progressive management system…a system that works for them, not to them. This system equips them in problem solving that is connected to their organization through alignment, accountability and cooperation real-time. 

Frankie has a background in banking, pharmaceuticals and automation design / programming. Frankie has the responsibilities for managing the Coulson Place Publishing Virtual office and taking the lead for sales. Frankie values the gifts of others, and empathizes with life situations, helping him to provide creative input to Coulson Place Products as the organization strives to connect concepts with practical applications. In his free time he plays video games competitively.
